Welcome to this fully renovated three-bedroom apartment in Eiganes, the most fancy and upscale neighbourhood in Stavanger. Once you step outside, you’ll be surrounded by extravagant villas and historical buildings!

The space

The apartment is located in a quiet and secluded area, but you can easily reach shops, bars and restaurants without breaking a sweat. And yes, we’re talking about going by foot, not traveling by car. With that being said, you can request a private parking space on the property for a small fee.

Inside you have access to 100 square meters and two floors. With three bedrooms, a large modern bathroom, and a big kitchen from 2020, there’s plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to eight people (kings and queens). The first bedroom features a king-sized bed, and the second one has a king-sized bed and a single bed. In the third bedroom you’ll find a queen size bed. All rooms have lots of wardrobe space and black out curtains for a good night's sleep. In other words: Here you’ll have plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay!

The neighbourhood

The district of Eiganes is located west of the city centre. And let me tell you, it's home to some pretty amazing stuff. In fact, this historical building used to belong to Arne Rettedal who was the Mayor of Stavanger city and largely responsible for making Stavanger the "City of Oil". In this area we’ve also got the fancy-schmancy residence of the Kielland family called Ledaal. Nowadays, it's used as a royal residence and for fancy events. Oh, and they've turned it into a museum too, so you can go check it out. Right across the street, there's this cool villa called Breidablikk, built by a big-shot shipowner named Berentsen back in 1881. They've turned that into a museum too, so it's open for everyone to explore. You should check it out!

Getting around

It’s easy! You’re within walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, and bars, and at the same time in a lush, quiet, and secluded area with green surroundings. Must-sees like Old Stavanger, Breidablikk and Stavanger Cathedral are just a stroll away. The apartment is within walking distance to Stavanger train station and bus station. You can also request a private parking space on the property.

L’appartement est vraiment agréable et dans un environnement très calme, les lits sont très confortables. Quand on est arrivé il faisait bien chaud et il y avait du thé, du café et petits snacks à disposition. Avant notre arrivée Tanaz nous a envoyé un lien avec plein de recommandations d’activités, restaurants etc. On s’est senti comme chez nous, le séjour à Stavanger était vraiment parfait. Un grand merci Nous recommandons vraiment.

My colleague and I had a great stay. It was refreshing to come home every night after work. The heated bathroom floor is the best feature of the apartment, especially in winter. Tanaz was very friendly and helpful, we had an issue with the coffee maker but she was able to procure another one and it came with coffee, filters and chocolates. The location is close to the city center and bus. It made going to restaurants, bars, and other places very easy. There are also several supermarkets nearby.
