If you like staying on top of things – this is the perfect apartment for you. Here you’ll be at the top floor and have a nice view from the window, all the way to Stavanger city centre. Due to the pitched roof and a lot of corners, please note that we don’t recommend this apartment to people taller than two meters.

The space

Other than that, this apartment is really nice and cosy. It’s of course fully equipped with everything you need to stay here for days, weeks or even months. It’s laptop friendly – yes, it even has a desk in one of the bedrooms.

You’ll be just a short walk from the city centre of Stavanger, as well as Pedersgata: a unique up-and-coming street packed with cafes, restaurants, and quirky shops. Here you’ll totally get a sense of Copenhagen, Grønland in Oslo, and urban city neighbourhoods like Williamsburg/Brooklyn if that’s your cup of tea.

The neighbourhood

Storhaug is a part of Stavanger municipality located in the northeast. It's basically the peninsula on the east side of Vågen, Breiavatnet, and Hillevågsvatnet, as well as some islands that aren't connected to the mainland by a bridge or tunnel. This area is vibrant and has a cool mix of people and cultures.

Getting around

It’s easy! You’re within walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, and bars, and at the same time in a vibrant, urban neighbourhood. Trains and buses are just a couple of minutes away by foot if you’re heading out of the city centre. You can also request a private parking space on the property.

Gorgeous and very clean apartment. Very professional! The apartment was a bit too cold when we first arrived but other than that it was perfect. In close proximity to every possible thing. Highly recommended!

The location of this place is spectacular! 5 minute walk to the pier/shopping/restaurants and also where we met to get picked up for the pulpit summit hike. 2 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport. We didn’t need a car at all during our 4 day stay

House was amazing, super clean, gorgeous, new and super spacious. Location was superb also, 5min walk to city centre. Tons of amenities provided like extra soap and towels and bedsheets. Kitchen was really clean too and fully equipped. Owners even sent down someone to help me “fix” the washing machine but it was my fault as I thought the dryer was the washing machine! Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Stavanger.

Comfortable penthouse apartment in quiet neighbourhood close to centrum. Well apportioned and great base to enjoy Stavanger. Galley kitchen is small though and finding worktop and shelf space difficult. Great bathroom and shower. Supermarket nearby as well as Lervig bar.
