Traveling alone? On a budget? Don’t mind sleeping in the kitchen? Say hello to this fully equipped little apartment. Sleeping in the kitchen is probably not on your bucket list, but K2 might be. Just to clarify – we’re talking about the Michelin guide restaurant in Pedersgata, not the world's second highest mountain. But you probably figured that.
The space
This studio apartment is just a quick 10-minute walk from K2 (the restaurant) and the rest of the shops, cafes, and restaurants in Pedersgata (here you’ll find a lot of cheaper places to eat as well). You’re also within walking distance to Stavanger city centre (9-ish minutes).
In this apartment you’ll of course have access to Wi-Fi, complementary Nespresso, parking upon request, washing machine and a TV. However, you’ll have to make do with a chair because we couldn't fit a couch (sorry!). But with the right mind-set you’ll see that the bed is multi-functioning and works just as well as a couch.

The neighbourhood
Storhaug is a part of Stavanger municipality located in the northeast. It's basically the peninsula on the east side of Vågen, Breiavatnet, and Hillevågsvatnet, as well as some islands that aren't connected to the mainland by a bridge or tunnel. This area is vibrant and has a cool mix of people and cultures.
Getting around
It’s easy! You’re within walking distance to museums, restaurants, shops, and bars, and at the same time in a vibrant, urban neighbourhood. Trains and buses are just a couple of minutes away by foot if you’re heading out of the city centre. You can also request a private parking space on the property.
